About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated specialist in Internal Medicine or General Medicine with additional training in Diabetology to join our experienced team in a full-time or part-time capacity (31-39 hours per week). You will engage in contractual medical activities within a collegial team offering flat hierarchies, competitive compensation, and a good work-life balance with family-friendly hours, free from shifts and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Contractual medical activities, providing services in outpatient diabetology.
- Diagnosis and therapy of all forms of diabetes mellitus, including complication management.
- Documentation and billing.
- Guidance and collaboration with the non-medical diabetology team.
- Collegial cooperation with practicing physicians within the health center.
- Willingness for continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Specialist recognition: Specialist (m/f/d) in Internal Medicine or General Medicine.
- Further training: Additional qualification in Diabetology (Medical Association) or recognition as a DDG Diabetologist (m/f/d).
- Expertise: Experience in modern diabetes therapy (CGM systems, insulin pumps/AID, structured training).
- Personal attributes: Empathetic, team-oriented, and values interdisciplinary collaboration.
