About the Role
This role focuses on achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. You will directly sell to the territory or work through partners, identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities. The role involves managing accounts throughout the sales process and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory.
- Sell directly to the territory or via partners.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities using inbound and/or outbound techniques.
- Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaborate with business development, consulting, and support teams to uncover customer needs.
- Understand Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues to develop solution proposals.
- Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Conduct onsite customer presentations with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
- Liaise with customer contacts to manage the customer relationship, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions, ecommerce, ERP, or CRM in a sales capacity.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale.
- Proven track record of being a top performer.
- Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
- Ability to learn technology and translate it into value for prospects.
- Curious, insightful, and perceptive.
- Outstanding writing skills.
- Friendly, thoughtful, and effective communication style.
