About the Role
Join the McCarton Foundation and help transform lives by providing services to children with autism aged 2-3 years old. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide group treatment to children with autism aged 2-3.
- Review physician referrals and children’s medical records.
- Plan and perform treatment programs.
- Document goals and progress.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust treatment plans.
- Collaborate with related service providers to support individualized plans.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Engage in ongoing learning and development.
Requirements
- New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Completion of a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Previous experience in autism and early childhood is desired.
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a new environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

- $85,000 - $100,000 annually
