About the Role
Responsible for providing client relationship management and investment banking services including strategic advisory services to corporate and private equity clients related to M&A, debt and equity capital raising. Industry coverage includes industrials, financial sponsors, consumer and retail, healthcare, financial institutions, energy, and technology, media and telecom.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with senior CIB professionals
- Performs assigned duties with some independence, including due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development
- Serves as a member of merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams, providing credit underwriting support, drafting information memoranda, and developing management and investor presentations
- Sells the bank by appropriately positioning the bank's treasury and payment solutions product suite as well as floating rate and F/X, private wealth, insurance and other services
- Serves the bank's corporate banking and commercial clients with strategic advisory and traditional investment banking services in partnership with primary Commercial and Corporate Banking coverage professionals
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- 1 year of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
