About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to support concerts, cinema premieres, trade fairs, sporting events, and emergency shelters. Your role will be crucial in ensuring safety and smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Conducting entry checks and ticket verifications
- Securing the stage, backstage, and VIP areas
- Assisting in maintaining general event order
- Serving as the primary contact for visitor inquiries and issues
- Enforcing safety regulations and guidelines
- Ensuring emergency exits and escape routes are clear
- Performing reception and access control for visitors and staff
- Maintaining a visible presence to ensure security and order
- Conducting regular patrols within the premises
- Monitoring and controlling access points and entrances
- Identifying, reporting, and documenting unusual incidents
- Collaborating closely with operations management and authorities
Requirements
- Security training certificate according to §34a GewO
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Unblemished, current extended police clearance certificate
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good manners, well-groomed, athletic appearance
- Proof of measles protection (vaccination or immunity - only required in emergency shelters)
