About the Role
Marsh Global Risk Management is seeking a talented individual to join their team. This role focuses on risk management consulting and corporate insurance brokerage for Japanese multinational corporations, leveraging global resources to address diverse and evolving risks.
Responsibilities
- Corporate sales focused on risk management consulting and corporate insurance brokerage for Japanese multinational corporations.
- Corporate insurance brokerage for key business areas including fire, business interruption, earthquake, liability, logistics, D&O, and cyber risks.
- Design, planning, and operation of global comprehensive insurance programs.
- Collaboration with internal specialists to propose risk quantitative assessments and analysis, including estimated loss calculations for earthquake, PL, cyber, and D&O risks.
- Analysis of self-retention amounts.
- Business continuity planning and tabletop exercises.
- Feasibility studies, establishment, and operation of captive insurance companies.
- Development of risk finance regulations.
- Consulting and insurance brokerage for other special risks such as aviation, pharmaceutical PL, professional liability, and intellectual property.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry (corporate sales experience is a plus).
- Business-level English proficiency (reading and writing focused; conversational ability not strictly required).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
