About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dynamic Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. We offer flexible opportunities for both school-based and clinic-based work, focusing on helping children thrive through movement, play, and functional skill-building.
Responsibilities
- Work in schools but not be bound by the "school therapy" mindset.
- Help kids thrive through movement, play, and functional skill-building.
- Receive ongoing mentorship and support through individual and group meetings for clinic-based settings.
- Grow therapeutic mindset and tool bag through mentorship.
- Provide direct services to children.
- Utilize an AI-supported EMR system for documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Active New York State OT License
- Pediatric experience required (including sensory integration, handwriting, and self-regulation strategies)
- Creative, motivated, disciplined, and confident working independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
