About the Role
As an Assistant General Manager, you will learn to manage your own site, assisting the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations. You will contribute to the site's success by meeting operational standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and addressing customer claims. Additionally, you will support hiring, training, coaching, managing, and developing team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations.
- Meet inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards.
- Deliver a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience for customers.
- Address customer claims when they occur.
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing, and developing Teammates.
- Set the example when performing all car wash activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
- Ability to communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example.
- Ability to organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities.
- Ability to achieve results independently and work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges.
- Satisfactory criminal background check required before hiring.
Skills
- Car wash experience preferred.

Salary/Compensations
- Typically earn $20.50/hour (base $18.50/hour + average $2/hour commission from membership sales).
- Commissions and tips are uncapped.
- $600 monthly bonus tied to 100% of plan targets.
