About the Role
The Chief Engineer – Engineering Data Platform will be a core technical leader shaping the roadmap and architecture of the CTO Engineering Data Platform. This role will establish trusted, governed and reusable engineering data products that enable data-driven decision making, engineering intelligence and AI-enabled engineering capabilities across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Define roadmap, architecture and guardrails.
- Lead cloud-native data platform capabilities.
- Deliver trusted data products and insights.
- Ensure quality, lineage and compliance.
- Champion DevSecOps, DataOps, automation and reliability.
- Influence senior stakeholders and translate needs into outcomes.
- Enable AI and data-driven engineering.
- Mentor and build engineering capability.

- Extensive experience in senior engineering leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native data or engineering platforms.
