About the Role
Group 1 GMC Rockville Centre is expanding its team and looking for Automotive Service Advisors. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and ensuring a seamless service process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates.
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion.
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
- Interpersonal Communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience.
- Ability to achieve targeted goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
