About the Role
We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive service advisor professional to join our growing and dynamic team! At Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of New London, you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!
Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries via phone or in person.
- Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering necessary parts and tools.
Requirements
- Consistent record of service and sales success.
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Work Type
- Full Time
Salary/Compensations
- $60,000 - $85,000 potential annually
