About the Role
We are seeking an FP&A Manager to lead the analytical functions of a fast-growing AI-enabled insurance distribution platform. This role involves ownership of budgeting, monthly business reviews, and long-term financial and cash flow modeling. You will partner directly with leadership to guide business strategy, leveraging your expertise from investment banking, consulting, or FP&A.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the annual budget and ongoing budget-to-actual tracking
- Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review (MBR) for the group and subsidiaries
- Own long-term financial modeling
- Cash flow modeling and forecasting
- Prepare investor and lender reporting
- Partner with outsourced accounting provider on monthly close and integration items
- Lead special financial investigations and ad hoc analysis
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling and analytical toolkit
- Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, or business review processes
- Comfortable operating with limited structure and building process from scratch
- Deep understanding of budgeting, long-term/cash flow modeling, and business reporting
- AI experience is a strong plus
