About the Role
Carvana is hiring for entry-level auto roles at their U.S. locations. Available positions include Detailer, Lot Attendant, Photobooth Associate, and Inspection Associate. The company offers training programs for entry-level positions to ensure skills and pay progress.
Responsibilities
- Detailing vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing
- Move vehicles from one department to the next in our Inspection Centers
- Take photos of our vehicles so customers can see our vehicles in our spinners
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles and accurately identify any imperfections/defects
Requirements
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to work sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
