About the Role
Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Parts Associate to manage inventory of automotive parts, including sourcing, ordering, returns, and reconciliation. The role involves communication with dealers and suppliers in a high-tech Inspection Center environment.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts
- Managing parts returns and general inventory
- Communicating with dealers and suppliers
- Managing reconciliation and recording of payment for parts
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- Ability to work in conditions with potential exposure to excessive weather (heat/cold)
- Willingness to use safety equipment
- Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
