About the Role
The Procurement Officer ensures PureGym spends money effectively, efficiently, and economically, achieving value for money while reducing risk through a sustainable supply chain. This role involves sourcing goods and services, ensuring supply chain compliance, and supporting the wider procurement team.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities, including RFIs, RFPs, benchmarking, and direct supplier negotiations.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including negotiation, contracting, governance, approvals, and supplier mobilization.
- Provide support to Procurement Managers on complex, strategic procurement activities.
- Support the wider Procurement function with day-to-day activities.
- Ensure contract compliance, managing contract renewals, extensions, and terminations.
- Provide support and commercial advice to stakeholders on procurement matters.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, Ops/FM, Property, Finance, HR, and Marketing.
- Support the development of the Procurement team's strategy and plan.
- Contribute to meeting Procurement KPIs, including financial savings, contract compliance, and sourcing compliance.
Requirements

- Comfortable engaging with and managing stakeholders.
- A custodian of company culture and values.
- Over 12 months of experience in a procurement role.
- Experience with supplier-facing procurement activities (e.g., RFPs).
- Occasional international travel (within Europe) up to 4 times per year.
