About the Role

Responsibilities
- Organize and manage key client projects.
- Ensure a high level of quality, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Control the analysis phase.
- Develop project plans and requirements specifications.
- Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Ensure configurators and developers are free of administrative overhead.
- Oversee follow-up, planning, and time spent.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Motivate colleagues in their day-to-day tasks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with either Braze, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce marketing cloud.
- Experience managing and implementing projects within CRM or marketing automation.
- Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions.
- Experience with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban.
- Great communication skills, enabling translation of business language into technical language.
