About the Role
We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated finance professional to join our growing and dynamic team! At Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of New London, you’ll have the opportunity to have a positive impact on our customers and our community while achieving your financial and career goals!
Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
- Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
- Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
- Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Requirements
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
- Previous dealership and management experience a plus
- Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- $100,000-$130,000 per year
