  • Serve as an escalation point for complex master-data matters, partnering with investment, legal, finance, technology, and operations teams to determine appropriate outcomes
  • Maintain a knowledge base of key decisions, interpretations, precedents, and complex scenarios
  • Identify opportunities to redesign and automate relevant legal, governance, and investment workflows using AI, automation, analytics, and other technology
  • Lead the evaluation and implementation of approved enhancements, working with business and technology teams to translate operational problems into scalable solutions
  • Analyze recurring governance and workflow issues and recommend changes to policies, processes, systems, and controls
  • Support enterprise risk management matters, including investment-related risk analysis, policy development, transaction negotiation on a limited basis, and other legal analysis, as needed
  • Review commercial contracts as needed
  • Provide targeted legal and regulatory support related to the governance programs and other global real estate matters, as needed
