About the Role
The Operations Manager provides operational leadership and support to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant business operations across the organization. This position manages and coordinates facilities, fleet, vendors, office administration, records, and operational systems that support agency-wide needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain operational policies, procedures, and systems that promote efficiency and accountability.
- Manage operational budgets, expenditures, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Manage facilities, leases, maintenance, relocations, vendors, and property management relationships.
- Manage fleet operations, insurance, vehicle maintenance, equipment, and organizational assets.
- Maintain records, contracts, document retention, and operational documentation.
- Support regulatory, contractual, insurance, and safety requirements.
- Support business continuity and emergency preparedness efforts.
- Manage office administration, supplies, equipment, and operational needs across agency locations.
- Supervise the Operations Coordinator and Receptionist.
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to identify needs, resolve operational challenges, and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in operations, facilities, administration, business management, or a related field.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel between agency locations as needed.
- Must be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and successfully clear all required background checks before and throughout employment.
