About the Role
Lead social media initiatives for a leading outdoor-focused CPG snack brand, driving creative excellence and engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate brings a passion for the outdoors and/or experience working with outdoor, lifestyle, or adventure brands, along with a strong understanding of social-first storytelling and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive creative excellence and engagement across platforms.
- Use the latest social strategies that best represent the brand in the social space.
- Ensure the brand voice is carried out across all of their social media channels while driving performance.
- Manage content calendars.
- Publish content.
- Engage with the community.
- Identify response opportunities for clients on social media.
- Determine when to escalate or engage further on social media.
Requirements
- 2 years minimum professional experience in marketing, social media or digital strategy.
- Passion for the outdoors and/or experience working with outdoor, lifestyle, or adventure brands.
- Knowledge of social listening platforms (i.e., Sprinklr or Sysomos).
- Campaign reporting experience by gathering inputs across a variety of departments.
- Collaborative and creative.
- Experience creating social content on a phone.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
