About the Role

Kekst CNC Intelligence is seeking a motivated (Digital) Consultant to join their growing team. This role involves managing client activities, delivering industry-leading work, and contributing to AI-enabled strategic advisory. You will support communications professionals in delivering national and global projects across various industries, contributing to both tactical and strategic levels. The role focuses on developing and implementing integrated communications strategies to enhance and protect corporate reputations, requiring deep understanding of social media, online audiences, research, and perception management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digitally led campaigns, including content calendar management, social media channel management, and results measurement.
  • Support efforts to shape content amplification strategies and creative content implementations.
  • Advise on content creation and authority building across the PESO model using SEO and GEO.
  • Conduct online audience and topic analysis using tools like Pulsar, AlphaSense, and Audiense.
  • Craft articles and blog posts, and advise on different writing styles.
  • Draft strategic communications materials, including communications plans, press releases, and presentations.
  • Understand social media and online advertising, including targeting and sponsored posts, Google PPC, and native advertising.
  • Continuously develop Kekst CNC’s data, analytics, and digital capabilities, experimenting with new tools and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on trends, issues, and challenges affecting clients' businesses and industries, including Generative AI in communications.
  • Support the planning, organization, and management of events such as interviews, media roundtables, and press conferences.
  • Develop and nurture a strong network with relevant stakeholders, including online influencers.
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships and deliver work that exceeds client expectations.
  • Deal with high pressure and time-sensitive situations.
  • Develop excellent client knowledge and understanding to provide concise overviews of client businesses and communications objectives.
  • Deliver digital and PR strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in strategic communications, either at a PR agency or in-house.
  • Earned a bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven capabilities in data and analytics, and digital and social media, including content creation, social media listening and Natural Language Processing, community management, paid media management and influencer campaigns.
  • Experience using industry tools, with capability and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Excellent verbal communications and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm, strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficient and curious in using AI powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other emerging platforms, in their day-to-day work.
  • The right to work in the UK.
