About the Role
We are recruiting for a reliable Cleaner to provide temporary holiday cover at a professional banking premises in London. This is an evening cleaning position involving lone working and key-holder responsibilities. Applicants must be dependable, security-conscious and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- General cleaning throughout the premises
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning offices and communal areas
- Cleaning and sanitising washrooms
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Wiping and sanitising high-touch areas
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Following site security and health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Adverse credit check required
- 2 years’ employment history required
- Employment history must be obtained through the GOV.UK Get Proof of Employment History service
- Valid Right to Work documentation
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Comfortable with lone working
- Comfortable being a key holder and using an alarm panel
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Able to use a telephone time and attendance clocking system
