About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Social Creative Producer with a robust understanding of social media and global, fully integrated campaigns, production experience, and strong project management and operational skills to support the day-to-day running of a major client account. This role involves fast-paced creative content production and planning for larger campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day planning and management of large, complex programs of work from brief to delivery.
  • Mobilize internal and external teams around the project vision and expected outcomes.
  • Manage and execute social production internally and with clients, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead to deliver high-quality social work and support the wider creative team.
  • Track all content throughout the social production process.
  • Manage team resources in conjunction with the Creative Director and Resource Manager.
  • Oversee financial progression, suggesting and making adjustments to projects and teams as needed.
  • Partner with Account, Strategy, and Creative leads to meet client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs.
  • Identify risks and solutions to ensure agility and strategy throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage a PM to support the project if required.
  • Partner with and support internal creators to ensure high-quality work execution.
  • Oversee production budgets to ensure efficient and on-budget project delivery.
  • Organize and run pre-production phases, including meetings.
  • Manage post-production and asset delivery, including tracking status and compliance.
  • Lead and schedule project-related meetings (kickoffs, brainstorms, reviews).
  • Be client-facing to discuss budget, timing, resource, and process considerations.
  • Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, and change orders.
  • Ensure Agency, Client, Vendor, and Legal processes and requirements are met.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for issue/conflict resolution.
  • Grow relationships, have fun, and participate in VaynerMedia social engagement.

Requirements

  • Understanding of different channels, including relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
  • Hands-on experience and ownership of complex, multi-stream projects requiring senior stakeholder management.
  • Comfortable speaking up and providing clear direction.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience.
  • Ability to recognize and solve potential problems, escalate issues or conflicts, and continually evaluate project effectiveness.
  • Manage overall quality of project delivery and documentation for the account.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and asset creation processes.
  • Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills.
  • Candidates must be authorised to work in the U.K.
