About the Role
Join AutoZone as a Hub Delivery Driver in a fast-paced, customer-focused career. You will apply leadership skills, teamwork, and structured processes to ensure efficient, on-time deliveries while supporting commercial customers and store operations. No CDL required; you'll drive company-provided vehicles to transport parts safely and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations with friendly, professional service during deliveries.
- Build strong customer relationships with clear, effective communication.
- Collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers.
- Follow structured delivery processes, ensuring accurate, on-time routes.
- Adhere to fleet safety guidelines.
- Drive company vehicles to transport automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores.
- Maintain proper documentation for each delivery.
- Follow company policies and safety protocols.
- Ensure accident-free transportation.
- Complete daily vehicle checklists and maintain cleanliness.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Support store merchandising standards as needed.
- Pick up returns, process merchandise, and restock items from route deliveries.
- Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries.
- Help customers locate merchandise and provide product knowledge.
- Offer installation services.
- Stay informed about current automotive promotions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
- Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
- Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
