About the Role
Roof Services is seeking a Service Lead Technician to investigate, locate, and repair leaks and defects in various commercial roofing systems. This role involves managing projects from start to finish and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform roof maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain professional customer interactions.
- Manage commercial roofing systems, including paperwork and meetings.
- Assist in training crew members.
- Perform work according to job specifications and safety guidelines.
- Remove and install various roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tiles/shingles).
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- 5+ years of experience with commercial roofing systems.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
- Ability to work at varying heights and in diverse weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
- Demonstrate initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
- Technology savvy.
