About the Role

Richemont is seeking an AVP, Regional Group Marketing - Americas to lead the re-establishment and growth of the company's Group Marketing footprint in the Americas. This pivotal role involves strategic leadership, team management, and driving marketing initiatives to support Richemont's luxury brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the marketing corporate organization for the US.
  • Manage a team of marketing experts and lead key initiatives.
  • Mentor the team to deliver on the regional mission across industry insight, consumer decoding, brand visibility, and client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Maisons and corporate business teams.
  • Support, define, and implement the regional Group Marketing Americas strategy.
  • Define, build, and lead the expert regional Group Marketing Americas team.
  • Establish operational frameworks and processes for the new regional marketing office.
  • Identify data-driven marketing and branding strategies.
  • Translate market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and consumer trends into actionable insights.
  • Manage the department's budget and expenses.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and foster collaboration.
  • Advise the Group and Maisons on marketing, communications, and client strategies.
  • Influence decision-makers with data-driven insights.
  • Build strategic relationships for successful implementation and sustained growth.
  • Animate communities of practice, facilitate knowledge sharing, lead taskforces, and organize summits.

Requirements

  • University graduate (e.g., management, business, strategy).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong managerial skills in resources and projects.
  • Strong leadership capabilities of managing a lean team while supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Organized, structured, comfortable with figures, and adept at multitasking.
  • Creative, constructive thinker with a client-centric mindset.
  • Capable of long-term strategic thinking and immediate issue resolution.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to articulate complex ideas to all levels and effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrable ability to drive corporate marketing initiatives and frameworks.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and a collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Approximately 30% travel initially.
