About the Role

Are you driven by shaping and delivering digital transformation and modern learning experiences in wealth management and eager to contribute to the purpose of a company that aims to help its clients feel confident and secure about their future? In this role, you will help advisors, advisor support teams, and internal business partners maximize the value of the firm’s digital tools, operational processes, and advisor-facing platforms. You are more than a trainer—you are an enablement expert who understands how wealth professionals run their practice and can translate technology, workflows, and business processes into practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen client service, support business growth, and drive adoption. The primary focus of this role is training delivery, coaching, adoption, and change enablement. The role also supports the definition of curriculum maps, learning paths, and targeted content needs in partnership with the training and curriculum design function. This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and trustworthy company. Here, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for advisors, assistants, and internal teams.
  • Enable advisory teams to use digital platforms, operational tools, and business processes more effectively to improve productivity and client service.
  • Translate complex technical concepts and business processes into practical, advisor-focused learning experiences.
  • Support adoption of new tools, processes, platform enhancements, operational changes, and business transformation initiatives.
  • Identify common advisor and assistant pain points and recommend ways to simplify workflows, optimize tool usage, strengthen training, and enhance the overall advisor experience.
  • Train advisors and teams to navigate and optimize workflows across the iA Private Wealth digital ecosystem, including advisor-facing platforms, operational tools, onboarding processes, AX360, iAssist/AI capabilities, and other systems that support practice efficiency and client service.
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives, platform enhancements, operational changes, and business transformation efforts.
  • Gather feedback from advisors and assistants to identify adoption barriers, inform improvements, and refine support approaches.
  • Contribute subject matter input, scenarios, and field insights to support the development of training materials by the training and curriculum design specialist.

Requirements

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and explain technical concepts in practical business language.
  • Strong understanding of advisor and assistant workflows within a wealth management practice.
  • Relationship-building skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to influence behavioral change and adoption.
  • Experience working with advisor technology ecosystems, CRM or workflow platforms, onboarding tools, digital enablement solutions, and operational systems within a wealth management environment.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Passion for applying artificial intelligence and digital tools to drive efficiency and elevate performance.
  • Advanced English and French proficiency.
  • Availability to travel for in-person engagement with advisor teams and to support cross-training on digital platforms.
