About the Role
As a Damage Insurance Agent (Auto & Home) for individuals, you will help our clients better understand and secure the best possible coverage and services for their needs. This role is the first point of contact for clients, building personalized relationships and providing high-quality advisory service.
Responsibilities
- Build personalized relationships with clients and create a climate of trust that supports the sale of auto and home insurance policies
- Follow the company’s underwriting policies
- Use your skills to help increase client retention
- Provide high-quality advisory service focused on clients’ real needs
- Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and motivating environment
Requirements
- Enjoys helping people and easily builds trust
- Communicates clearly, with empathy and professionalism
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stress management
- Is adaptable and eager to learn
- Has an interest in sales
- Has an advanced level of proficiency in the French language
- Enjoys teamwork
- Minimum Education Requirements: High school diploma with 3 years of work experience OR College diploma (or higher) OR Recognition of a diploma obtained outside Quebec (MIFI or WES)
