About the Role
As a Chloé Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Maison, actively welcoming guests and acting as a trusted advisor. Your role is to provide a seamless client experience while driving sales productivity.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and proactive communication.
- Utilize CRM tools and strategies to identify, engage, and retain high-potential clients, driving sales and achieving targets.
- Proactively manage client appointments and follow up on inquiries to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating expert knowledge of Chloé products and services across all channels.
- Drive sales by mastering omnichannel tools and providing seamless customer experiences.
- Actively participate in training and commercial activities, supporting the team in achieving boutique and individual goals.
- Maintain a luxurious and inviting store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
- Ensure efficient after-sales processes, proactively addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Support the management team in daily operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with Richemont policies.
