About the Role

The City Law School is seeking two Assessments Officers to manage the day-to-day operations and administration of assessments for selected programmes. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of assessment processes and supporting student success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of all assessments for a selection of programmes.
  • Respond to student queries.
  • Draft student communications.
  • Maintain accurate student records.
  • Arrange the release of assessment papers and assessment submissions.
  • Organize exams and filmed assessments.

Requirements

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience of working in a busy customer-focused environment in Higher Education or a similar setting.
  • Confident using IT systems, including MS Office packages, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality services to students and staff.
