About the Role
The City Law School is seeking two Course Officers to join their team, responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of their programmes. This role is crucial in supporting students and ensuring the smooth running of academic operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and administration of academic programmes.
- Respond to student queries.
- Draft student communications and documentation.
- Maintain accurate student records.
- Administer assessments.
- Support timetabling and attendance monitoring.
- Arrange student events, including the induction programme.
Requirements
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
- Relevant experience of working in a busy customer-focused environment within Higher Education or a similar setting.
- Confident using IT systems, including MS Office packages, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse problems and identify solutions.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality services to students and staff.
