About the Role

Richemont is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain enthusiast to support its functions across Australia and New Zealand from its Sydney CBD office. This role is ideal for a budding Logistic specialist looking to grow their career in the luxury sector.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily Logistics and Supply Chain activities accurately and efficiently, adhering to customs and local authorities’ procedures and regulations.
  • Manage CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) permits, including applications, acquittals, verification of overseas supplier permits, and inventory control.
  • Process SAP transactions for Inbound and Outbound orders (IDNs/ODNs).
  • Monitor Inbound and Outbound orders.
  • Perform Post Goods Receipt (PGR) and Post Goods Issue (PGI) transactions.
  • Process Return Orders (RFC1/RTV1).
  • Manage Inbound Shipments (Import), including dispatching shipping advice and Australian invoices, and coordinating with forwarders.
  • Manage Outbound Shipments (Export), including preparing export shipping invoices, booking export shipments, preparing re-export CITES permits, and coordinating with forwarders.
  • Arrange courier services for office, Customer Service, and Boutiques for Domestic Deliveries.
  • Organize deliveries of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) with a 3rd Party Logistics Service Provider.
  • Ensure compliance with Group’s transportation guidelines.
  • Conduct periodic cycle counts for Stock Management.
  • Pick and pack stocks for photoshoots and events.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics (warehousing and freight).
  • Experience with SAP MM.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide effective status updates.
  • Strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of work.
  • Proactive approach, ready to take initiative.
  • Flexibility to shift directions at short notice and remain calm.
  • Team mindset, willing to do what it takes to get the job done and help the team.
