About the Role

The Coordinator, Integrated Fan Development provides hands-on support across the Community & Fan Development team's functions for the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Argonauts, and Toronto FC. This role maintains the group’s program calendar, manages the donations program administration, and oversees the initiative tracker.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-the-ground event and community engagement support across the Community & Fan Development team's functions.
  • Support the planning and execution of in-community activations, fan development events, and game-day community experiences.
  • Act as a resource for event and community engagement needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners for authentic engagement.
  • Maintain the all-team program calendar, ensuring accuracy and clear communication.
  • Administer day-to-day operations of the donations program, including intake, tracking, and fulfillment.
  • Maintain the team's initiative tracker, keeping status, timelines, and ownership current.
  • Support general coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in event, community engagement, or fan-facing work is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, with comfort managing calendars, trackers, and multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Airtable for maintaining tracking and reporting documents.
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently and adapting flexibly to team needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with community partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Team player, able to work across multiple team-based functions and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to travel between MLSE venues and community sites as required.
  • Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
