About the Role
As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for the entire engineering process at Qirion, working on meaningful projects and multi-year programs from feasibility studies to full realization of new construction projects. You will also serve as the technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the energy grid of the future.
Responsibilities
- Conducting and reviewing studies for the realization of new or expansion of existing stations.
- Preparing and assessing implementation plans, budgets, and designs according to Systems Engineering.
- Developing specifications and work packages for tendering services, materials, and works.
- Creating technical documentation and product information.
- Monitoring progress on scope and planning.
- Guiding and training junior engineers.
Requirements
- Minimum of a higher professional education (HBO) diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an engineer.
- Demonstrable experience as a design leader in a multidisciplinary environment with technically complex projects.
- Experience with design applications such as BIM, 3D, and Systems Engineering.
- Safety certificates such as VOL-VCA and BEI VOP HS TR, or willingness to obtain them.

Salary/Compensations
- € 4,672.22 to € 7,737.69 gross per month (scale 9 or 10, depending on experience and education)
Benefits
- Individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of gross annual salary, including 8% holiday allowance.
- 24.5 vacation days per year, with the option to supplement from the IKB.
- End-of-year bonus of 6% of annual salary in December.
