About the Role
eero is seeking a Contracts Manager to support its global business expansion by building the commercial and legal infrastructure for international growth. This role involves commercial contract management, international expansion, legal operations, and process innovation, working closely with Operations, Sales Operations, and Legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal diligence in countries where eero intends to launch products and services using AI tools and coordinating with outside counsel.
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts for vendor arrangements.
- Support the drafting and negotiation of global leases.
- Optimize existing document management tools, prioritizing AI solutions.
- Improve and maintain existing simplifications for B2B deal-related activity in collaboration with the Sales Operations team.
- Design new processes and simplifications for customer-facing disclosures, including terms of service, limited warranty, and privacy notices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of contracts management experience.
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, and legal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating legal terms for inbound technology licensing and procurement contracts or a broad range of standard commercial contracts.
- An interest in international legal frameworks and a desire to learn more about them.
