About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team with extensive consulting and immigration experience, helping clients solve complex immigration issues from strategy to execution. Innovation is critical, and you will continually reassess how immigration services are delivered to ensure the best experience for clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Proactively assist in the management of a client portfolio, reporting to Managers and above.
- Undertake casework and case management for UK immigration applications.
- Actively participate in reviewing immigration applications and assessments.
- Be involved in the financial and risk management of clients.
- Actively participate in business development activities to identify additional scope and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
- Contribute to the development of personal and team technical acumen.
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
- Assist in the management and delivery of large projects requiring immigration expertise.
- Train, coach, and supervise junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with UK immigration legislation.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and applicants within your client portfolio and when supporting clients more broadly.
Requirements
- Previous UK corporate immigration experience.
- Strong client service skills and a collaborative approach.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage, mentor, and encourage junior staff.
- Ability to confidently handle reprioritizing competing situations, people, and requirements.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage personal caseload and time effectively.
- Clear, articulate, and confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player but able to work under own initiative.
- Proficient in standard office software.
