About the Role

Join our Technical teams as a Maintenance Technician H/F, ensuring rapid, courteous, and hotel-standard technical service for an impeccable client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure rapid, courteous, and hotel-standard technical service for an impeccable client experience.
  • Intervene on electrical, mechanical, and technical equipment to guarantee optimal functioning and compliance with regulations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on rooms, public areas, kitchens, client restrooms, and staff areas according to a schedule.
  • Regularly check the proper functioning of elevators.
  • Verify and maintain fire detection systems and apply alert procedures.
  • Monitor and adjust air conditioning systems throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure maintenance of plumbing, water softeners (including weekly salt refills), and safety installations.
  • Perform versatile technical interventions: plumbing, locksmithing, carpentry, painting, wall and floor coverings, minor masonry work.
  • Perform weekly cleaning of components and ensure cleanliness of technical equipment and areas.
  • Contribute to painting work and various technical tasks throughout the hotel as per internal directives.
  • Undertake technical on-call duties during weekdays and weekends as scheduled by the Technical Director and Technical Manager.
  • Intervene autonomously during on-call periods to quickly resolve technical requests and ensure service continuity.
  • Work in compliance with hygiene, safety, security standards, and current technical regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and environmental regulations.
  • Adapt to technical evolutions, new equipment, and implemented technologies.
  • Participate in any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the hotel, especially during on-call periods, upon management request.
  • Actively contribute to the overall quality of technical service and collaborate with all operational departments.

Requirements

  • Successful experience in technical maintenance, ideally in high-end hospitality or a complex technical environment.
  • Current French language proficiency; operational English is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge in general maintenance: electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, locksmithing, carpentry, painting.
  • Understanding of hotel technical systems (elevators, fire detection, water systems, heating/cooling production...).
  • Ability to manage multiple interventions simultaneously with method and prioritization.
  • Good communication and strong teamwork skills.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and reliability in task execution.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality in a demanding client environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude.

Salary/Compensations

  • 35-hour contract and paid overtime.
