Responsibilities

  • Handle cash, bank procedures, and check-out procedures.
  • Maintain superior customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Answer the phone with a prompt and courteous attitude.
  • Manage guest relations.
  • Operate the Will Call Window.
  • Run the ticket program on a computer for sales.
  • Process opening and closing paperwork.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of talent and entertainment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude.
  • Keep a clean, well-groomed appearance.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering, and customer service.
  • Entry-level knowledge of basic computer operation and Point of Sale systems.
  • Skill in guest relations, phone etiquette, cash handling, filing, and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to type 30 wpm.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous ticketing experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC programs preferred.
