About the Role

The Marketing Partnerships team collaborates with brands to deliver commercial partnerships in the live music space. This role leads an arm of the Account Management team responsible for fulfilling multiple partnership contracts with precision and organization, ensuring partners achieve their objectives efficiently and seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an accurate reflection of partner/partnership satisfaction and performance to VP.
  • Implement necessary processes and tools to allow the team to succeed, based on VP's vision and objectives.
  • Guide the team in ensuring efficient, organised, and smooth account management with partners.
  • Mentor through escalation and problem-solving, acting as an escalation resolver where required.
  • Ensure client objectives are the core focus of the account management team.
  • Identify potential hurdles in advance that should be addressed and overcome for seamless client servicing.
  • Challenge internal processes to explore simpler or more effective processes for partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leadership roles with a renewal focus.
  • Strong understanding of the client lifecycle with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in/at a rights holder business (preferred).
  • Experience with a brand who has operated similar partnerships (preferred).
  • Project management or Managerial certification (preferred).
  • A process-driven approach to create consistency across the team.
  • Ability to problem-solve with a calm and analytical manner.
  • Excellent communication and relationship understanding, including handling difficult conversations internally and externally.
