About the Role

MERKUR Slots is seeking a Team Member Nights to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere in their venues. The company invests in training and supports employees to excel in their roles.

Responsibilities

Ensure the venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
Ensure service rounds and refreshments are offered in line with brand guidelines.
Monitor customer actions and behaviour, noting any suspicious or disruptive activity.
Assist with administration tasks to 100% accuracy.
Help ensure promotions run smoothly and are successful.
Ensure customer service is carried out in line with company standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
Own and resolve problems, escalating where appropriate.
Interact with customers and intervene as appropriate, logging all interactions.
Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and adhere to the brand dress code.
Achieve, maintain, and impart great product knowledge to customers.
Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge 25.
Actively discourage harassment, victimisation, or discrimination against employees, management, or customers.

Requirements

Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills.
Passion for providing first-class service.
Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
Experience working in a retail, hospitality, or gambling environment.
Experienced in delivering excellent customer service.
Willingness to learn and develop.
