About the Role

This paid Internship Program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real-world situations. You’ll also strengthen your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other obligations
  • Take meeting minutes or notes, create agendas, and assist with meeting preparation
  • Coordinate with vendors and submit required paperwork as needed
  • Research, develop, and assist with implementing sustainability initiatives
  • Support department staffing activities, including organizing and maintaining offer letters, timecards, and reimbursements
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office and on-site, as requested

Requirements

  • This role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office
  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exercises sound judgment with professionalism and discretion
  • Able to commit to 15-25 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday
  • Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office
