About the Role

This paid internship program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real-world situations, strengthening leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Sales and Accounts team with client management, communications, social media management, and client decks.
Support the Operations team with festival operations advance by creating and printing collateral, ordering supplies, and assisting with staff uniforms.
Support the 508 Club team with maintaining the member portal by adding events, working on blogs, and assisting with member communications.
Assist with ideating and facilitating client and member creative collateral and gifting.
Assist with the planning and on-site execution of the Premium Client Services programs at Two Step Inn Festival in April of 2027.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

Ability to multi-task across multiple teams.
Strong organizational skills.
Positive energy and an eagerness to learn.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and initiative.
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exercises sound judgment with professionalism and discretion.
Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday.
Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office.
