About the Role
This paid internship program offers real-world exposure for students interested in the live entertainment industry. Throughout the program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the live event business while applying your academic knowledge to real-world situations. You’ll also strengthen your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete administrative and online tasks, as well as a variety of office-related responsibilities
- Update and maintain spreadsheets
- Take inventory and order office supplies
- Assist with monthly birthday gift ordering and distribution
- Engage with employees across the organization, as this department focuses on serving the company
- Support company events led by the Director of Culture & Operations and C3’s four essential committees, both on- and off-site
- Gain production knowledge through exposure to the Director’s work as Talent Buyer and lead for children’s areas at C3’s large festival
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday
- Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office
