About the Role
Prestige Service supports events and event locations in Berlin with its team. We want you to feel comfortable and know who you are working with. You will get to know us personally, be prepared for your first assignments, and receive training. Afterwards, you decide which assignments fit your life.
Responsibilities
- Support with on-site logistics, such as setup and dismantling, and handling of event materials
- Coordination and organization of the smooth running of events in collaboration with the team
Requirements
- Fluent German and good English skills for communication with international guests
- Organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Friendly demeanor, teamwork, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Independent work style and sense of responsibility
- Reliability, approaching people in a friendly manner, and keeping a cool head during hectic situations
- Well-groomed appearance and respectful interaction with guests and colleagues
