About the Role

Responsibilities
- Play a role in the operational support of mobile banking, online banking, and Bill Pay services.
- Act as Deposit Operations Subject Matter for all Deposit Operations Audit.
- Facilitate ACH transactions in accordance with BSNB and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potentially fraudulent activity to protect customer accounts.
- Work independently to meet daily timelines, while also supporting department goals in meeting customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years' prior operational banking experience required.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and reporting fraud.
- Minimum of three to five years' prior customer service experience required.
