About the Role

The BPM team is transforming major Business Process systems from old technology to new Cloud-based platforms and taking ownership of infrastructure support. This role involves supporting Pega applications on a Cloud-based platform, participating in transformation projects using Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot customer support issues, trace, analyze, log, and open SRs to vendors or AppDev teams, and implement resolutions.
Perform system health checks, monitoring, alerting, and necessary actions.
Analyze system monitoring dashboards (Dynatrace), logging systems (ELK), and other tools to identify potential issues, conflicts, and risks.
Collaborate with AppDev teams on releases, review implementation plans, perform OAT and PROD deployments via CI/CD pipelines, and participate in Post Implementation Verification.
Generate various reports, including business data mining, issue/ticket tracking, and regulatory/compliance reports.
Participate in daily agile meetings with AppDev and Support teams for updates.
Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with IT partners, units, and platforms.
Contribute to ongoing administrative program activities.

Requirements

Experience with Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and OpenShift 4.x preferable.
Experience with monitoring tools and creating dashboards on ELK stack, Dynatrace.
Experience with creating or managing CI/CD pipelines on Github, Jenkins, UCD, Artifactory, Aquascan, etc.
Experience with SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Tools such as PagerDuty.
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
