Responsibilities
- Complete qualitative and quantitative analysis of real estate and corporate business opportunities, including financial modeling, transaction structure analysis, and positioning.
- Support market analysis, JLL performance statistics, underbidder analysis, and presentations, including maintaining a team capability deck.
- Learn to manage JLL’s proprietary databases and research resources, including Global Capital Flows (GCF) data.
- Be client-facing and responsible for parts or whole project workstreams, as well as contributing to ideas presented to clients.
- Produce market materials to support sale opportunities and client materials to support buying opportunities.
- Help track investor and marketing contacts and produce client reports.
- Take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support growth.
Requirements
- Degree - Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any subject.
- An interest in the property industry and how we can shape its future.
- Confident in communicating verbally and in written format to help with preparing and delivering client presentations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Project management skills.
- A curious mindset.
- A passion to contribute thoughts, create fresh ideas, and challenge yourself.
- Permanent right to work in the UK, with no time restrictions or limited working hours.
- Must not require visa sponsorship.
