About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll support all F&B operations, delight guests with exceptional service, prepare tables, ensure cleanliness and safety, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
- Delight guests by greeting them warmly, taking and serving orders accurately, and ensuring a consistently high level of service.
- Prepare and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Requirements
- Must be available to work afternoon and evening shifts.
- Shift pattern is 14:30 to 23:00.
