About the Role
RX Japan is seeking a driven individual to join their exhibition team. This role involves attracting exhibitors and developing tailored proposals to ensure their maximum success at trade shows. You will also have the opportunity to conceptualize and launch new initiatives that shape industry futures, combining sales and planning to invigorate Japanese industries.
Responsibilities
- Attract exhibitors to RX Japan's trade shows.
- Understand exhibitor challenges and propose optimal solutions.
- Develop and launch new exhibition concepts from scratch.
- Combine sales and planning to promote Japanese industries.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of corporate sales experience, or 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in corporate sales.
- Experience in client needs assessment.
- Experience in designing proposals based on client needs.
- Experience in achieving consensus and closing deals through value proposition.
- Proven track record in new client acquisition.
- Experience building relationships with new clients from scratch.
- Experience and track record in setting targets, approaching prospects, and closing deals.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
