About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer who loves building from 0→1 and shipping product that customers feel. You will actively write production code and deliver critical platform components from scratch, working closely with the team to power F2's AI-driven platform, helping private markets investors analyze deals with velocity and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Build our product. Own and implement software features end-to-end across the stack that power our AI platform.
- Deliver excellence and quality. Set and uphold coding standards, architectural patterns, and review processes; mentor engineers.
- Build for scale. Contribute to monitoring, scaling, and hardening the architecture of the platform and the systems behind it as enterprise demand grows.
- Cross-functional collaboration. Partner closely with product, security, and go-to-market teams to translate our roadmap into features and deliverables that ship quickly and hold up in production.
Requirements
- 4+ years building production software across frontend and backend, with a track record of shipping features end-to-end.
- Passion for engineering and learning. You care about your craft and continuously push to get better.
- Comfort building with AI at the core — integrating LLMs, retrieval, or agents into real product experiences.
- Strong grasp of modern web application development practices and patterns.
